Widex’s innovative and advanced hearing technology led to the company developing the first hearing aid to be worn by infants alongside the first powerful receiver-in-ear (RIE) hearing aid. Widex’s innovative Zen tinnitus relieving technology has also seen the manufacturer become the market leader in tinnitus management.

Widex hearing aids offer a listening experience that feels comfortable and natural, regardless of the sound environment. Wearers of a Widex hearing aid can expect to hear a full spectrum of sounds, whether its deciphering specific background noises or being able to hear voices and even whispers in a noisy place.

Widex launched its Moment hearing aid range in 2020. Not only is the device one of the smallest rechargeable hearing aids on the market, but Widex claims it also breaks new ground in hearing aid technology. While even the highest-quality hearing aid will always still sound like a hearing aid, Widex has designed the Moment to eliminate the out-of-sync sound that is common with most hearing aids. Using ZeroDelay and PureSound technology, the hearing aid reduces the processing delay between the microphone and receiver to enable it to process sound so quickly you will avoid the artificial sound often associated with wearing hearing aids.

Available as a rechargeable receiver-in-canal (RIC), behind-the-ear (BTE), in-the-canal (ITC) and in-the-ear (ITE) hearing aid styles, the device uses machine learning technology to make quick adjustments automatically based on the precise type of listening environment you are in.

Widex Moment models remember the environments you have been in and uses this data to adjust itself when you are in similar listening situations in the future. You can even teach the device your hearing preferences using the Moment app to select your favourite sound profiles. The Widex Moment comes in four technology levels with lithium-ion battery options available.

The Widex Moment is available in 13 colours for RIC models and three standard colours for ITE models.
